Everyone was incredibly supportive and so enthused about my baking, and it prompted me to draw up a business plan and launch The Angry Baker.
The name of my business has an interesting origin. Being a perfectionist from the beginning, my wife was the first to notice my frustration when it came to decorating the cakes. I wanted to bake not just with skill but with love and passion, as we all do for something that we take pride in. That is why I named my business The Angry Baker, since it reminded me that hard work and passion would lead to producing the best-quality cakes.
Using only the finest ingredients and special recipes, I ensure that every cake I produce is not only delectable but glamorous, too.
